If you’re an artist who likes to paint but doesn’t necessarily want a finished piece of art then try painting on a canvas. This way you can throw away your mistakes and start over, without worrying about it being too expensive to buy more materials! If you’re an artist who likes water colors but doesn’t like the messiness that sometimes accompanies this medium than acrylics may be right for you. With little clean up needed, you can experiment with different techniques without having to worry about the mess!
One of my favorite mediums is pen and ink. This way I get to use a variety of tools, from pencils, pens, markers or even paint brushes – all depending on how many layers of color I want in the piece!
